What to expect?
We will be getting together and making mugs- using the pinch pot technique.
Beginner friendly. No tools, no measurements, just the slow rhythm of your fingers pressing and turning the clay. And somewhere between one pinch and the next - your mind gets a little quieter .
All materials, paint and a drink is included in the price.
Your piece will be ready for pickup in 2-3 weeks.

Let’s slow down together
Take a break from the rush and let’s slow down together. I chose pinch pot technique not only because of its proven use as medical therapy but also because when you make a pinch pot, you repeatedly press, rotate, feel, assess, and adjust the clay. That gives your brain continuous information from your fingertips, joints, and muscles about pressure and movement. Clay responds immediately to what your hands do, it creates a very strong sensory feedback loop. So I invite you to come and create something of your own with your own hands with the additional benefit of calming down your nervous system.
