SUMO SIDE PIECE

Made from white clay body, hand painted with clear glaze on top .This side piece came into existence because I was infected by the love for round bellied pots by one of my instructors while I was learning pottery. But I can't leave anything alone , so I hand built extra ears for the pot and the whole pot reminded me of a sumo wrestler. This can be placed as a show piece and as small vase. Or I mean, put an incense stick in there. She is a multitasker.

Each piece is individually crafted, resulting in subtle variations that make it one-of-a-kind.
