Delivery We deliver across the UAE within 3–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders above AED 200
• A standard shipping fee applies to orders below AED 200

Damaged Items We take great care in packaging every piece. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

No Returns or Exchanges As each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.
